2021 Annual Dues
2021 EPHA Annual Dues: $165, $215 if not registered on this website.
 
Payment for 2021 is due no later than February 15th, 2021.
 
Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $25 per month late fee up until the date the delinquency has been satisfied.

1577 C Street Suite 101c Anchorage, AK 99501.
 
Roy Briley Association Management Finance Department keeps owner ledgers current with an ACH direct deposit option for your dues payments via Propertyware Software, (if you would wish to activate your portal, please give them a call) they also will be sending statements via email and USPS. They also accept checks or money orders for your convenience. However, we do not accept cash payments. Remember, your condo dues should always be made payable to your association: Eagle Pointe, not to Roy Briley.

Adoption of New Rule
As of January 7th, 2020, the Eagle Pointe Homeowners Association Board of Directors adopted a new rule amendment, Rule 2020-1, regarding site inspections, notification of violations and assessments, and to accommodate the hiring of a management company. Rule 2020-1 can be reviewed on the document page accessible to members. Please take time to familiarize yourself with the updated ruleset.

The Board of Eagle Pointe will not be meeting at Chepo's tonight at 6:30 PM for the regularly scheduled Board Meeting. The meeting will be held on the Zoom teleconference platform instead. Association Board Meetings Resumed

The Eagle Pointe Homeowners Association Board has began meeting again in person. All meetings will be held at Chepo's Mexican Restaurant at 11535 Market St, Eagle River, AK 99577 inside the atrium. The next scheduled meeting is June 18th at 6:30 PM. For future meeting dates, please refer to the meeting schedule on the home page of the website.
RVs Now Allowed (4/8/2020)

The Board of Directors have discussed and approved the return of RV's to the neighborhood due to the COVID-19 pandemic effective immediately.
Basketball Hoops Now Permitted (4/6/2020)
