2020 EPHA Annual Dues: $165, $215 if not registered on this website.
Payment for 2020 is due no later than February 28th, 2020.
Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $25 per month late fee up until the date the delinquency has been satisfied.
|Adoption of New Rule|
As of January 7th, 2020, the Eagle Pointe Homeowners Association Board of Directors adopted a new rule amendment, Rule 2020-1, regarding site inspections, notification of violations and assessments, and to accommodate the hiring of a management company. Rule 2020-1 can be reviewed on the document page accessible to members. Please take time to familiarize yourself with the updated ruleset.

For the very best in Anchorage Municipality and the Mat-Su Valley. Roy Briley Association Management was founded in 2002. Our company was established with a mission to focus on the management of homeowners' associations of condominiums, planned unit developments, and single-family homeowners' associations. We currently manage approximately 70 associations within the Southcentral Alaska region. Our qualified managers provide professional assistance to the association's Board of Directors. We work diligently to accomplish their goals and objectives and provide accurate and timely information through prompt and proficient services.
